We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for the management of all front-of-house staff.
You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Front of House Manager will be required to assist with reservations, organizing hosts, assisting bartenders, ensuring standards are met, and dealing with customer relations.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage front of house staff including scheduling and checkouts.
Ensure that all front of house staff are following health and safety standards.
Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to recipes and recipes are properly documented.
Ensure proper inventory levels for front of house staff.
Ensure that all front of house items are properly stocked and organized.
Ensure that all front of house items are properly labeled and stored.
Maintain a clean and sanitized environment for customers at all times.

A minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume restaurant with responsibility for front-of-house management, bartending experience, and good track for customer relations.
Job will require weekend and holiday availability with the ability to work past closing time.
