Responsibilities:
Greeting customers in person, and via phone, text, and email Assist with ensuring the customer experience is top ranked Enter customer information into system database Develop and implement organized filing systems Assist customer to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs Asks customers to explain specific issues Maintains electronic and/or paper records of completed service work Coordinate with several departments inside the dealership Collect payment from customers for services rendered Assist in helping to resolve customer complaints regarding services
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong attention to detail Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments and meet with customers Ability to learn new computer programs with ease Weekends required Job Type:
